EMILY PAQUETTE,
Emily Paquette is the CEO of Inman Group, a prominent real estate news and events company. Prior to becoming CEO, Paquette served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Inman Group from 2019 to 2022. Her leadership at Inman has been marked by a focus on expanding the company’s editorial and event operations, reaching a broader audience, and introducing new verticals to enhance the company’s offerings.
LEO PAREJA,
Leo Pareja joined eXp Realty in 2022 as President of Affiliated Services, quickly advanced to Chief Strategy Officer, and most recently was named Chief Executive Officer. As CSO, he launched initiatives like eXp Exclusives and Revenos, significantly enhancing eXp Solutions. Tim Heyl, a real estate trailblazer, founded The Heyl Group, making the Inc. 5000 list four times. Named Austin’s top agent at 24, he launched Homeward in 2019 and earned Inman News Innovator of the Year. Tim’s ventures, including Mint Title and Phone Animal, showcase his knack for innovation and leadership in the real estate space.
TYLER SMITH,
Tyler Smith has transformed digital transaction management in real estate with Skyslope. Launched in 2011, SkySlope became the industry’s driving platform, eventually leading to its acquisition by Fidelity National Financial. A top industry influencer, Tyler continues to innovate in Proptech.

Wendy Forsythe currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Marketing Officer. Wendy joined eXp Realty in 2024, bringing with her over two decades of extensive real estate experience. Before joining eXp Realty, she held executive positions at several high-profile real estate companies including Compass, Fathom and HomeSmart International. A seasoned executive, she has been instrumental in developing and executing growth strategies that significantly increased brand recognition and market share.
